Jackson Christian is pleased to announce the hire of Kendall Naceanceno as director of K-12 curriculum and instruction and Janet Wylie as director of marketing and public relations. Naceanceno will oversee and align academic curriculum throughout the student journey, and Wylie will direct marketing initiatives as well as share the Jackson Christian story with the community.
“We are very pleased to welcome both Kendall and Janet to our Jackson Christian team,” President of Jackson Christian Mark Benton said. “Both of these individuals excel in their respective fields, and I look forward to all we can accomplish together for our students, parents and staff.”
Naceanceno brings four years of teaching experience in the West Memphis School District. He gained his curriculum and instruction administration endorsement in May of 2022 from Harding University, where he also gained his Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts in Teaching degrees. Naceanceno is currently acquiring his doctoral degree at Middle Tennessee State University.
“I am excited to be a part of the Jackson Christian team and look forward to working with the faculty to help students excel academically in a Christ-centered environment,” Naceanceno said.
Originally from New Mexico, Naceanceno resides with his wife and daughter in Jackson.
Wylie brings eleven years of marketing, public relations, photography and videography experience to Jackson Christian. Most recently, Wylie spent six years as marketing specialist at Leaders Credit Union, promoting the credit union throughout West Tenn. and advancing brand both internally and throughout the community. Wylie previously spent three years as public relations specialist at DCA-DCPR, a Jackson-based advertising agency, and operates as owner/photographer of her business Works by Wylie Photography.
“Becoming a part of the Jackson Christian team feels like coming home,” Wylie said. “I look forward to sharing the good that occurs every day on our campus, and providing value to our Jackson Christian families.”
