Eagle Football Friday Night Game Procedures

  • Per TSSAA rules, temperatures of everyone entering the facilities will be checked. Anyone with a temperature at or above 100.4 will not be allowed to enter.
  • Masks will be required to enter and while in the stands.
  • Due to social distancing requirements, there will be a limited number of tickets sold.
  • Fans will not be allowed to enter the facilities until 1.5 hours before the contest. (6:00 for a 7:30 kick-off)
  • There will NOT be tickets available at the gate the night of the game.
  • Visiting teams will have tickets for presale the week of the contest.
  • Football players, cheerleaders, and band members can purchase up to 4 tickets for their families during lunch by Wednesday.
  • Tickets are $7.
  • The remaining tickets will be sold in the Tyler Building lobby from 4:00-6:00 pm on Wednesday or until sold out. (If not sold out, more tickets may be available Thursday from 5:00-7:00 pm.)
  • Tickets will not be available in the office during the school day.
  • The band will not be in the bleachers during the game, but they will perform at halftime.
  • Cheerleaders will be wearing masks when in the stands, but they will not wear them on the side of the field.
  • Concessions will be available on a limited basis and will be cashless. (You will need a card to purchase.)
    • Bottle Drinks
    • Candy
    • Sandwich, Hamburger, Hot Dog / Individually wrapped
    • There will be no self-serve stations. Packets of condiments will be available.
     
  • NO STUDENT BELOW THE EIGHTH GRADE will be admitted without a parent. A parent or adult must accompany students below the eighth grade at all times. This is non-negotiable. To ensure social distancing, children may not be left unattended to play as they have during typical home games in the past. Upper-grade students will be required to be in the stands as well.
